Deleting mods from the Download History is not possible. The download history of a user needs to be accurate as it's used e.g. in the Donation Points system. That being said, you can "undo" endorsements by endorsing a mod again. One dramatic option left is quite simple: you can delete all your mods from the Nexus. However, there is now no guarantee the Nexus will honor deletions and remove that data from their platform.
